How do I return an item?

The Fine Tapestry offers a 30 day Money Back Policy. Return your wall tapestry for any reason and you will receive a full refund no questions asked. Please refer to our return policy for complete details on return policy. You can always get in touch with our customer service department for further assistance.
  • Firstly, you must first email us at: returns@thefinetapestry.com within 30 days of receipt of the tapestry for return authorization (RMA#) and instructions including return mailing address to ship the product back to us.

  • Pack the product in original packaging that you recieved it in, ship it pre-paid back to the address provided in the RMA Instruction Sheet

  • Returns must arrive in new condition, with ALL original materials and packing.

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to be in Saleable (New) condition, we will notify you via email and process the your return.

Our Return Policy

Our tapestry wall hangings are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a full refund minus shipping handling charges within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with following terms:
  • You must first email us at: returns@thefinetapestry.com within 30 days of receipt of the order for return authorization (RMA#).

  • Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authourized by customer service.

  • Returns must arrive in new condition, with ALL original materials and packing.

  • Returns received without authorization beyond the 30 day window will not be refunded unless otherwise authorized by Customer Service.

  • Any returns received by us that are determined to be in unsalable (not new) condition, i.e., animal hair, damaged, soiled, missing parts, will not be issued a refund.

  • If the original packaging, hardware, labels / tags or components were missing there will be a 15% repackaging fee deducted if the product is still deemed salable.  If you plan on returning an item, please DO NOT remove the labels and other tags on. The packaging box cannot have rips or tears on them and needs to be in reusable condition.

  • Returns received without prior authorization or determined to be in unsalable (not new) condition can be shipped back to you for a fee of $15.00 shipping and handling.

  • All Imported tapestries have a 15% restocking fees when returned in new condition and in original packaging.

  • Custom made products can not be returned.
